From skeptic to believer
Exceptional service transformed my stay! The cosy, luxurious villa offered breathtaking views, and every detail was attended to. Afternoon tea delivered right to my door was just the cherry on top! !
The lack of dining options was noticeable—more variety for meals would enhance the experience. It felt a bit tedious figuring out the light switches, which could use some improvement.

Gorgeous private villa, stunning views across the lake, spacious rooms with heated floors.
I found the light switches infuriatingly confusing!!! Dining options could definitely use a streamlined process, especially for takeout ordering. A bit more attention to detail in room cleanliness would enhance the experience!!!

The villa is a dreamy escape overlooking the stunning Lake Wakatipu! The staff were incredibly attentive, offering seamless shuttle service into town whenever needed. Afternoon tea in our room was a delightful touch, truly enhancing our experience.
The waiting time for dinner could be improved, as we experienced delays during both visits.

The privacy and stunning views from the Deluxe Villa definitely make this stay memorable. The spacious accommodations felt modern yet cozy, truly enhancing the relaxing atmosphere. Notably, returning from our adventures to find a complimentary bottle of water by the bed was a delightful personal touch. However, the dinner waiting times were longer than expected, and it would be beneficial to simplify the dining options for more convenience.
