The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially when I needed to drop off all my belongings. our New Year's stay was decent. The room was cozy and the staff was friendly. Plus, we appreciated the complimentary champagne and fruit platter upon arrival. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops.
Also, the room we were given was right next to the noisy street, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel did not provide earplugs and the noise was unbearable.

I had the most amazing experience at Azur Lodge. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was at my own private retreat. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable - from picking me up at the airport to driving me to town whenever I needed. The breakfast spread was incredible, and the evening canapés were a delightful treat. The villas had breathtaking views and felt so secluded. I loved meeting other guests and having interesting conversations over drinks in the lodge. The simple pleasures of reading on the terrace and soaking in the beautiful tub while gazing at the lake made my stay truly special. I highly recommend Azur Lodge for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

One downside was the limited dining options on-site, but the staff were helpful in recommending local restaurants. Additionally, the location was a bit secluded and required a short drive to reach the city center.
